The Apex Commercial Workshop features a 4 metre high apex roof and a spacious, light interior. This versatile workshop is ideal for a variety of commercial and business uses and available with different styles and sizes of doors and windows to choose from.

This attractive commercial workshop is built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls and roof. As with all of our workshops, it’s insulated, so that you have a robust and secure workshop that can be used by your business throughout the year.

The Apex Commercial Workshop has been carefully designed by our experienced team to be installed on an insulated concrete base in a variety of locations and can safely store fixed and mobile machinery, large equipment and commercial vehicles. Alternatively, bespoke timber floors are available, dependant on the use for your workshop.

It is available in a range of sizes with a choice of window and door openings, so that you can choose a workshop to suit the needs of your business or organisation and your site and its surroundings.

The Apex Commercial Workshop is built using the Building Control Compliant SIPs system that we manufacture at our workshop in Gloucestershire. This cost-effective, sustainable method of construction uses the highest quality materials and delivers strength, versatility and longevity, ensuring a workshop that’s built to perform and last. Our heavy duty Building Control Compliant SIPs are 15mm OSB sheathed and have 150mm of insulation.

Panel weight and size have been carefully designed to make manual handling and assembly straightforward, even in areas where the access is tight. The prefabricated panels are manufactured using FSC certified and graded timber and high quality grey EPS insulation to exacting standards.

As with all of our workshops, it delivers high levels of thermal performance and air tightness, requires minimal assembly time on site, achieves reduced waste and ensures a high-quality finish that will continue to look attractive year after year.
