The Studio is a light and airy room featuring large glazed panels and is our most popular garden room, being ideal for a wide range of uses. It can be built to the dimensions you need and finished in your choice of cladding, to suit the style and size of your garden.

All of our Studio rooms are designed to be installed onto an existing concrete base and can be built to a design and specification that meets your requirements and budget.

Our garden rooms can be adapted to create your perfect space and you can choose features that are included in both ranges.

Build Specification

We use 100mm insulated SIP panels in all of our garden rooms.

A structural insulated panel (SIP) is an insulating layer of rigid core insulation adhered to two layers of structural board. They are then pressed together under a uniform force until the glue has set, resulting in an extremely strong and thermally efficient SIP.

Our standard roof construction is SIPs, insulated and covered with an EPDM rubber membrane, which is incredibly strong and resistant. The rubber has a guarantee of 20 years with a life expectancy of 30 years plus

Payment Terms

We offer structured terms to support you with the purchase of your garden room, with a four stage payment plan as follows:

Stage 1: £1,000 deposit to secure your order, built slot and installation date.

Stage 2: 35% of the total room cost due 4 weeks before your agreed installation date (this amount includes the £1,000 deposit already paid).

Stage 3: 55% of the total room cost will be due for payment once the room is on site and being installed, usually on Day 3 of the installation.

Stage 4: 10% of the total room cost is payable when the room has been fully completed. This is usually 4 weeks following completion of the installation, giving time to allow your room to settle and any post-installation issues to be addressed. When the final payment has been received, we will issue all the relevant certification and guarantees.

Concrete Base Foundation

You will need to have a concrete base installed by your contractor, if you don’t already have one. A concrete base for your garden room helps to ensure the stability of the room, helping to prevent damage from shifting over time. It also provides an extra layer of protection against moisture and can help to reduce noise transfer.
